When Gastronomie meets brewery. The 3 Gus created this Brassonomie concept in Brussels (Metro Madou). The Kitchen offers a high-end menu, to enjoy together with craft beers, homemade or from other local top craft brewery.

We designed this restaurant to bring a very comfortable and elegant interior. Never too much, just what it needs to be « chic & cosy ». Perfect for a business lunch or a romantic dinner. Invisible details make it interesting, such as the phonic roof (made with hemp) or the textured fabric of sofas. Chic, nice and delicate, but never pretentious.
